About Brinnjal Sewing
Brinnjal Sewing was born in 2015 from the desire to create stunning, creative outfits that fit real bodies. We offer costume creations for a variety of events and themes, from dress-up parties and Hallowe'en to cosplay functions and LARPing events. That doesn't mean you can't wear a Brinnjal creation as a regular outfit, though!
We don't stick much to the rules, and our designs are as unique as you are! There are a few principles we DO follow though; our designs are made for ALL body shapes and sizes, and we'll customise our products to fit your unique measurements if you wish.

Meet the Team
Hi, my name is Brinn. I'm the owner, lead seamstress and designer.
I'm a 20-something South African, with too many ideas bouncing around inside my head and not enough time to do them all! I'm a sewist and crafter with a passion for artistic creations.
You will find that I have a range of tastes and styles, most of which usually don't complement each other. I love to incorporate styles from different cultures around the world, and I tend to be oblivious to modern fashion trends. I'll jump around from vintage and gothic to anime and cutsie-pie frocks and everything in between. Maybe one day I'll find a style and image that suits me, and stick to it, but for now I'm on an adventure, so why not explore all the angles, all the flavours?
Hi, my name is Berry. I'm the brains and management behind the scenes.
I'm the girl in charge of making sure Brinn remembers deadlines and emerges from the sewing cave long enough to attend to emails and other responsibilities. I handle almost all of the business side of Brinnjal Sewing.
My experience in sales, marketing and business management provides the ideal balance to Brinn's chaotic creativism, and together we make this machine run smoothly.
